About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be the backbone of our residential treatment facility in Milford, DE, ensuring a sanitary, welcoming, and compliant environment that supports patient care and staff operations. This position is vital to maintaining the therapeutic atmosphere essential for recovery.
In this part-time role (24 hours per week), you will perform routine and detailed cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms. Your day-to-day involves adhering to strict infection control and safety standards, managing supply inventory, and collaborating closely with clinical and residential staff to prioritize room turnover. You will work alongside a compassionate team committed to making a difference, playing a key role in maintaining facility standards and patient well-being.
