We are seeking an experienced House Cleaning Manager to lead and support our growing team. This is not an entry-level position; it is designed for someone who has spent real time in the field, knows how to clean to a high standard, and possesses the ability to train, lead, and manage others.
In this part-time role with strong potential to grow into a full-time leadership position, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards while helping to shape the future of our team. The role involves a blend of hands-on work and leadership, requiring you to step in as a backup lead when ownership is unavailable and to foster a positive environment for both staff and clients.
