About the Role

We are seeking a remarkable Hotel Sales Manager for the Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, tasked with developing new accounts and expanding current relationships through a profitable, win-win selling approach. You will serve as the face of the hotel, utilizing your creativity and innovation to target high-revenue opportunities while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of direct sales calls, key account management, and strategic yield negotiations. You will be responsible for identifying revenue growth within existing accounts and capturing competitor accounts through networking and market research. Success in this position requires a balance of independent field work and collaborative team efforts, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with courtesy, ethical standards, and a sincere attitude. You will also play a vital role in maintaining accurate client profiles and ensuring prompt follow-ups to meet evolving client needs.

Hiring Process

Candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of hotel sales experience and familiarity with major hotel processes (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt) are encouraged to apply. We look for individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a flexible schedule capable of covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
