About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. This role is designed to drive growth across our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) portfolio by identifying opportunities within an existing book of business and partnering closely with Relationship Managers.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, expanding GPL fee revenue and deposits while deepening wallet share and elevating client outcomes. This is a consultative position requiring frequent in-person and virtual client engagement, a strong command of Treasury Management best practices, and a confident executive presence to effectively engage C-suite leaders at client organizations. You will collaborate with internal partners across Banking, Sales Support, Product, Implementation, and Risk to deliver modern, scalable treasury solutions that streamline operations and optimize liquidity.
