About the Role

We are seeking a Finance leader at the Sr. Director or VP level to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. In this pivotal role, you will build and lead the company's financial and operational infrastructure as we advance through U.S. pivotal trials toward PMA approval. You will oversee financial strategy, capital planning, operational finance, and compliance, acting as a key member of the executive leadership team to drive corporate strategy and long-term value creation.

This is a hands-on leadership position designed for a strategic thinker who is comfortable building infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the CEO and Board on financial planning and capital strategy, developing integrated financial models that cover R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization. Your day-to-day will involve delivering clear financial insights and scenario analyses to support executive decisions, managing investor relations, and leading the selection and implementation of the company's first fully integrated ERP system.
