As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will guide guests through the registration process, manage their accounts, and provide essential information throughout their stay to ensure a memorable experience at Harrah's/Caesars Republic.
This role is vital to our commitment to excellent customer service. You will work closely with Housekeeping, VIP Services, and Hotel Supervision to coordinate seamless operations. In the absence of a Front Desk Lead Agent, you will act as a role model for the team, providing guidance and leadership during your shift.

The environment can be noisy and may include exposure to tobacco products in public areas.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have at least six months of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role. Fluency in English and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute are required.
