About the Role
We are seeking a positive and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your primary mission is to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and handle payments with accuracy and warmth.
Beyond administrative tasks, you will act as a liaison between guests and housekeeping staff to coordinate room availability, ensuring a seamless stay for everyone. You will answer inquiries, take reservations via phone, email, and in-person, and describe the features and amenities of our guest rooms. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, maintaining a positive attitude even when navigating challenging situations, and is dedicated to building rapport with guests through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
