About the Role
We are seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who genuinely enjoy being around people and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be the face of our hotel, responsible for accommodating patrons and identifying areas for improvement to increase overall efficiency.
Day in the Life
Your day begins by greeting guests upon their entry to provide a positive first impression. You will assist guests with both arrival and departure procedures, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. A significant part of your role involves taking hotel reservations via telephone, where you will confirm guest information, room selection, pricing, and guarantee methods.
Throughout your shift, you will maintain a sincere interest in providing stellar customer care. This includes responding quickly to guest needs and complaints while processing information with speed and accuracy. You will also act as a communication hub, ensuring pertinent guest information is relayed to the designated departments to maintain seamless operations.
