About the Role
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead the Food and Beverage Department for our partner hotel in Brickell, Miami. In this role, you will run the show for a high-volume kitchen, overseeing day-to-day back-of-house operations and managing teams of up to 40-50 members. You will be instrumental in opening new restaurants, building cohesive teams, and maintaining the operational standards that define the Butler brand.
You will be responsible for monitoring P&L and COGS to hit annual targets of approximately $5-7 million, while ensuring all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly met. Beyond operations, you will serve as a culinary leader, mastering Butler's ordering and inventory systems, training staff on proprietary recipes, and maintaining kitchen SOPs for a clean and efficient workplace. This is a dynamic position within a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to drive growth and development.
