About the Role
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our Brickell team in Miami. In this role, you will run the show for our Food and Beverage operations, overseeing day-to-day Back of House (BOH) activities in a fast-paced, busy environment. You will be responsible for opening new restaurants and building teams ranging from 40 to 50 members. Your leadership will ensure we maintain kitchen SOPs for a clean and efficient workplace while monitoring P&L and COGS to hit annual targets of approximately $5-7 million. You will also master Butler's ordering and inventory systems and lead staff training on our specific menu items and recipes.
