About the Role
The Production Associate is the backbone of our operations, performing duties according to ESGW's established Best Practices to meet daily production goals. This role is essential for processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, and managing inventory by replenishing stock or removing items from the sales floor.
You will be the face of our organization, greeting and assisting guests and donors. The position requires cross-training to assist in all aspects of production as directed, including accepting donations at the donation door. Success in this role demands the ability to work with people of different abilities and perform repetitive tasks independently.
The work environment involves physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, stooping, bending, and carrying. You must be physically and mentally able to navigate the facility and community, tolerating extreme changes in temperature and humidity while using your hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
