This position serves as a vital link in the guest experience, ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in assigned outlets while assisting servers in providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout their dining journey. The role also involves supporting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.
In the capacity of a Barista, you will perform a variety of duties centered on exceptional customer service. You will take orders and craft coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications, operating cash registers and credit card machines to facilitate seamless transactions. Whether greeting guests, answering menu questions, or making recommendations, your goal is to ensure overall guest satisfaction and maintain the high standards of service expected at Highgate.
