The Host plays an integral role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Through consistency, efficiency, and passion for the Hospitality Industry, you will curate a personalized experience for each guest by following our Core Values - creating a memorable service for each other and guests alike.
As an agent of hospitality, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. Your day will involve managing the flow of the dining room, utilizing tools like Open Table and Resy to maximize seating, and proactively communicating wait times. You will greet and thank every guest, ensuring they are seated at suitable tables and provided with menus and information on our specialties. Maintaining a welcoming presence with good posture and a smile is essential to setting the tone for the entire dining experience.
