About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Hospitality Manager will help oversee a multi-faceted, high-volume full-service restaurant and venue with a unique game component. This role is responsible for executing exceptional operations during shift execution, ensuring the highest standards for both the food served and the guest service provided. You will manage hourly team members, providing leadership and development, while partnering closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations to achieve venue goals and business objectives.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant
- verifiedExperience within a high-volume food & beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venue
- verifiedAbility to operate POS System and Online Team Member Scheduler
- verifiedFlexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- verifiedMust pass a post-offer background check
- verifiedServSafe certification preferred
- verifiedState/local licensing requirements preferred
- verifiedHospitality Degree preferred
