About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or "Insider," you are the heartbeat of our store, delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. This position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring customers receive accurate orders, friendly service, and high-quality products.
You will play a key role in both the front-of-house and kitchen operations. Your day will involve greeting customers warmly, taking precise orders via our POS system, and preparing delicious pizzas and menu items according to our strict standards. Beyond food and service, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting the team during opening and closing duties.
Team & Culture
