About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are empowered as a store leader to make decisions that enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations. You will partner with a diverse range of associates to create a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement. Your day will involve recruiting and managing talent, championing credit and loyalty programs, and executing store merchandising direction to ensure a consistent brand experience. By utilizing business reports and company systems, you will guide operational accuracy and hold yourself and your team accountable to high-performance standards. Ultimately, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver results through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
