This role is dedicated to providing and documenting care that aligns with individualized care plans and physician orders, ensuring every patient receives support that adheres to strict confidentiality standards and professional boundaries. The position focuses on the Morgan, Lawrence, and Winston territories, operating on a Monday through Friday schedule.

Hiring Process
Candidates must hold an active RN license in the state of application and possess a valid CPR certification. Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and at least one year of RN experience in a hospice healthcare setting are preferred.

Requirements
