This position is your gateway to growing your career within the HomeGoods team. You will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
In this role, you will be the face of the brand, modeling established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers. You will support a positive store culture while ensuring adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs. From accurately processing transactions and promoting loyalty programs to initiating store recovery and maintaining safety awareness, you will play a vital part in the daily rhythm of the store.
