About the Role
As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will partner with patients to assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Your work involves evaluating patients in home or facility settings, developing and reviewing Plans of Treatment, and administering diagnostic tests. You will provide instruction on alternative communication systems and counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff. A key part of your day involves observing patient progress, documenting changes, and coordinating care to support discharge planning and long-term recovery.
