About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Home Care Recruiter to join our onsite team in Rocky Hill, CT. This role is crucial in helping us find compassionate and qualified professionals to support our clients in their homes. As a Home Care Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to uphold the quality of care Eminence Home Care is known for.
You will partner with the team to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking. Your day will involve screening applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to match the unique requirements of home care positions. You will manage candidate communication, scheduling, and feedback, while maintaining recruitment records and databases to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will enhance recruitment strategies based on market trends to continually improve hiring outcomes.
