About the Role

As a Regional Field Recruiter, you will be the engine behind our high-volume hiring efforts for the U.S. and Canadian markets. This role exists to ensure our field teams—comprising installation crews, direct sales professionals, and canvassers—are staffed with diverse, high-quality talent that drives our mission forward.

You will partner with business units to translate talent demands into actionable staffing strategies. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of creative sourcing, from grassroots networking to digital advertising, and high-volume outreach through cold calling. You will screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring they are a great fit for our "win together" culture. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from initial contact to onboarding, while maintaining strict compliance with employment laws.
