About the Role
The Digital Marketing Performance Operations Manager serves as the heartbeat of the client's Performance Management department. This role leads a talented, client-facing team dedicated to bringing the company's white-glove service and vision to life every day. The position is focused on building momentum, elevating team members, and cultivating an environment where everyone can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport accountability to departmental SOPs, workflows, and performance expectations
- check_circleAssist in SOP improvement and implementation across the Performance Management department
- check_circleConduct quality control reviews of client decks, meetings, and deliverables to ensure adherence to standards
- check_circleMonitor consistency, professionalism, and presentation quality across the department
- check_circleAssist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts for the Performance Management team
- check_circleConduct performance manager reviews and deliver employee feedback and development recommendations
- check_circleConduct weekly check-ins with new employees and collaborate with trainers to adjust onboarding plans
- check_circleProvide regular updates to the Director of Client Services regarding onboarding progress
Requirements
- verifiedProven success managing a client-facing team
- verifiedStrong understanding of dealership digital marketing strategy, reporting, and performance metrics
- verifiedProficiency in Google Workspace

- verified3+ years of automotive B2B digital marketing experience
