About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this high-impact role, you will lead digital marketing and website strategy across our nationwide portfolio of apartment communities, driving renter demand. You will guide the development and execution of campaigns across search, social, and paid media, while overseeing a team of four Marketing Specialists and managing digital agency partnerships.
You will own the website roadmap, driving a high-converting, user-friendly experience. Working closely with Operations, CX, Data, and cross-functional partners, you will have visibility into how your strategies translate into real leasing results. This is a unique opportunity to influence brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and how residents discover their next home. The role reports to the Marketing Director and offers significant room to grow as the company expands its portfolio and continues reinventing its brand offerings.
