About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the operational engine behind our digital marketing efforts. You will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across our resort properties and subsidiaries. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy, your focus will be on ensuring that paid media, website performance, and analytics drive measurable acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will manage campaign builds, create landing pages, monitor SEO performance, and compile data to present actionable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing tools and trends. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where data-driven decisions directly impact the guest journey.

Typical Schedule
This role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility is required to accommodate campaign deadlines and special events, which may occasionally require work during evenings or weekends.

Requirements
- verified2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or SEO
- verifiedHands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoring
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, and traffic/conversion reporting
- verifiedFamiliarity with website content management systems (CMS) and landing page testing tools
- verifiedAbility to compile and present campaign performance data using Excel and PowerPoint
- verifiedExperience working with Canva or other creative design tool to generate Ad content at scale
Nice to Have
Agency experience. Hospitality, resort, or travel industry marketing experience. Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization. Knowledge of CRM-integrated digital campaigns and email retargeting. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Looker, Tableau, or Power BI). Experience working with external vendors or digital agencies.
