About the Team
Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a contract-savvy resource to expand its recruiting team. The team operates in a high-volume, competitive, and fast-paced environment, managing relationships with VMS (Vendor Management System) clients. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex hiring processes while maintaining open communication with business channels and account management.
About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will work to fill and close jobs under the supervision of the recruiting manager. This is a remote role based in Connecticut that demands a strong online presence and daily phone conversations. You will be responsible for engaging with candidates through phone calls, emails, text messages, and direct messages, while sourcing technical and manufacturing talent with the support of a dedicated sourcing professional.
The day-to-day involves responding to requisitions quickly (typically within 24-72 hours), targeting a minimum of five unique and qualified submittals weekly, and managing an average of 10-15 active requisitions simultaneously. You will determine applicant requirements by reviewing job descriptions, placing advertisements across various job boards and social networks, and arranging interviews within VMS platforms. Once candidates are hired, you will maintain communication throughout the contract duration, providing timely updates on onboarding and navigating any issues that arise.

Candidates must be available to start ASAP, as this position is an immediate backfill. The process includes a criminal background check and drug screening upon offer.

Requirements
