About the Role
This position serves as a high-volume recruiter dedicated to supporting a client's legal document review business. The primary mission is to rapidly staff large-scale projects by placing attorneys from an existing internal talent pool. Operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, the role demands the ability to manage fluctuating workloads with urgency while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
You will act as the primary point of contact for candidate outreach, utilizing calls, emails, and texts to confirm availability and project alignment. Success in this role requires navigating a dynamic landscape where priorities shift daily, ensuring that logistics are coordinated and placements are made on short timelines to meet immediate business needs.

Requirements
- verified1-2+ years of recruiting experience
- verifiedHigh-volume recruiting experience
- verifiedExperience with Bullhorn ATS (highly preferred)
- verifiedExperience supporting contract/temporary workforce staffing
- verifiedFamiliarity with conflict checks / compliance processes
