About the Role
The Director serves as the primary strategic lead for the team and a specific line of business. This position is designed to generate sales, increase revenue and profitability, and establish deep client relationships. You will work alongside recruiters to fulfill open job orders, collaborating with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. The role involves directing and motivating a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and exceed targets while managing the full lifecycle of job orders from intake to fulfillment.
