About the Role
The Technology Recruiter is a professional networker and relationship builder with a deep interest in evolving IT trends. This role exists to connect top-tier talent with exciting project and direct-hire opportunities across the information technology spectrum, ranging from Help Desk Support and Application Development to Network Engineering and C-level executives like CIOs and CTOs.
In this position, you will establish and develop relationships with both active and passive job seekers while partnering with Business Development Managers to fulfill client needs. You will act as a bridge between the IT community and our sales team, actively marketing in-demand skill sets and collaborating with teammates to fill open positions across national practices. Success in this role requires a sense of urgency, the ability to work with tight deadlines, and a results-driven approach to qualifying candidates through various tools and networks.
