About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Business Development, you will step into a dynamic environment where your CTO client might just call in desperate need of an Application Developer or an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical implementation. Your mission is to work alongside high-caliber Recruiters to fulfill exciting project and direct-hire positions in the areas of information technology, ranging from Application Development and Network Engineering to CIOs and CTOs.
In this role, you will sell complex, strategic IT solutions and staffing projects in your local market while cross-selling across national practices. Your day-to-day involves active prospecting through phone calls, skills marketing, social media, and in-person meetings to establish and maintain a target account list. You will manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring performance objectives are met while utilizing Bullhorn to log all vital activity. Collaboration is key; you will work with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business and national practices as appropriate.

Hiring Process & Application
To perform this job successfully, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 to 7 years of technology sales and/or staffing experience, along with an established reputation and network within the IT community in their respective market. Experience with Bullhorn is preferred, as is a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
