As a Business Developer, you will serve as a professional networker and relationship builder, connecting with professionals across a wide range of industries. This role is designed for those who enjoy the dynamic nature of sales and relationship management. You will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability, and achieving performance metrics within the transactional accounting, finance, supply chain, administration, and operations sectors.
Your day-to-day involves establishing and developing client relationships, conducting prospecting activities through phone and email outreach, and managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment. You will actively develop target account lists, generate leads through professional networks and candidate interactions, and collaborate with teammates to cross-sell positions across national practices. Success in this role requires a blend of economic motivation, adaptability, and the ability to form objective opinions on complex situations.
