About the Role

As a Business Developer, you will be a professional networker and relationship builder who enjoys connecting with professionals across a wide range of industries. Your mission is to generate sales, increase revenue and profitability, and achieve performance metrics while serving sectors including transactional accounting, finance, supply chain, administration, and operations.

In this role, you will establish and develop ongoing client relationships, conduct prospecting activities through phone, email, and client visits, and manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment. You will actively develop target account lists, generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews, and collaborate with teammates to cross-sell positions across national practices. Success in this position requires utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to log all activity and consistently meeting performance objectives related to activity and individual Gross Margin.
