NSS has an immediate need for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This role is dedicated to recruiting top talent for various corporate and operations positions while fostering an employee-friendly environment. The position involves managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, with a strong emphasis on maintaining creativity and leveraging professional networks.
You will partner closely with Operation Supervisors, Program Managers, and General Managers to understand staffing needs and set up Realistic Job Previews for potential candidates. Your day-to-day will involve proactively sourcing talent, monitoring ATS and HIRE recommendations, and facilitating both virtual and in-person interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for communicating candidate offers, reviewing pre-employment paperwork, and coordinating orientation and training logistics.
This position is virtual. Candidates must reside in the US and be a US Citizen. The hourly rate for this role is $37.50 and is non-negotiable.
