About the Role

This position is designed for a strategic business thinker and team builder who is highly competitive yet possesses a servant leader's heart. As a Senior Director, you will serve as the beacon of success, leading through individual production while identifying market trends, attracting top talent, and developing high-performing teams.

Your day will be defined by dynamic client interactions and team leadership. You might start by addressing an urgent call from a CFO client whose VP of Accounting has just given notice, or perhaps you are sourcing an experienced treasury manager with a strong regulatory background. Beyond immediate problem-solving, you will foster a collaborative culture, coach your team, and ensure recruitment efforts are perfectly aligned with client hiring goals. You will set the standard for pace and intensity, encouraging continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to drive consistent performance.

Hiring Process

• Application Submission: Submit your resume and cover letter detailing your experience in accounting/financial permanent placement or direct-hire recruiting.
• Initial Screening: A 30-minute introductory call to discuss your background and the role's expectations.
• Interview Rounds: In-depth discussions with leadership focusing on strategic thinking, leadership style, and cultural fit.
