A Day in the Life
As a Financial Recruiter, your day might begin with a call from a CFO client whose Accounting Manager has just resigned, or whose department needs help prepping for an upcoming audit. You will proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill strategic direct-hire positions in finance and accounting, ranging from Senior Accountants to CFOs. Your role involves generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews to support business development efforts, while collaborating with teammates to fulfill open positions across national practices.

Hiring Process & Application
To perform this job successfully, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and preferably have 3 years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting, or experience in a staffing, recruiting, or consulting role. A CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation is a plus. We value clear communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a self-directed drive to succeed.
