About the Role
The Senior Associate serves as a vital link between talent and opportunity, responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for both contract and direct-hire positions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while guiding candidates through the entire hiring process.
Beyond recruitment, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to building relationships, utilizing tools like Bullhorn to manage your book of business, and cross-selling across different lines of business to drive growth.

Compensation & Benefits
Determining compensation for this role depends on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 USD.
In addition to base pay, eligible candidates may participate in incentive compensation programs based on performance targets, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
