About the Role
We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Service & Pet Care Specialist for a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in the pet care industry. This position is more than a job; it is an apprenticeship designed for someone committed to growing with us as we expand and innovate.
You will cross-train across every part of our business, including pet care, front desk operations, sales, bathing, grooming, and basic dog training. As you gain proficiency, you will develop specialist-level skills in each area and eventually help train new and cross-trained team members. This role requires flexibility, as you will work across different schedules depending on your assignment, potentially covering early mornings, late evenings, or scheduled days off during high-demand periods.
