We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Director (Family Ambassador)—a compassionate connector dedicated to helping families navigate care decisions with empathy, urgency, and insight. This role blends relationship-building, strategic thinking, and deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that change lives. You will lead with emotional intelligence, listening deeply and connecting meaningfully in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
As a leader within the Community Leadership team, you will serve as a vital bridge between prospective residents and our specialized services. Your day will involve assessing needs, aligning families with appropriate care plans, and driving census growth through market analysis and community outreach. Beyond sales, you will represent Silverado’s mission through public relations, serve as a Manager-On-Duty, and act as a trainer and supervisor as needed.
