This position is designed to support production by skillfully performing tasks and adhering to strict quality and safety standards for assembly, high-level assembly, and rework to meet customer requirements. The role requires adapting to changes in the work environment, including shifts in work plans, priorities, and management decisions. You will actively participate in initiatives to improve the work environment and productivity, taking on additional assignments as needed while monitoring your own work to ensure quality standards are met and eliminating scrap or rework.
Success in this role involves working cooperatively in both team and cross-functional settings, sharing information and knowledge openly. You will demonstrate competency in job knowledge and skills, applying new work requirements with minimal supervision while maintaining up-to-date certifications and training. The role demands effective workload management to consistently meet individual throughput goals and complete assignments on time without compromising quality, even in stressful environments.
