Recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, Brookdale at Home offers a unique career path for those seeking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Whether you are starting your career, a seasoned caregiver, or simply possess a heart for helping others, this role is designed for you.
Most of our Private Duty Agency offices are located within Brookdale Senior Living Communities, providing a supportive environment where you can become your best possible self. This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to find opportunities to grow your career through professional development and ongoing programs catered to your overall health and wellness. You will join a family of caregivers who share warm smiles, helping seniors enjoy their daily routines and live life to the fullest.
We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. Same-day interviews are often available to get you started quickly.
As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide trusted companionship and non-medical hands-on care to seniors. Your mission is to nurture a home-like setting, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will be the friend and companion they rely on, bringing satisfaction to your own life while making theirs brighter every day.
We encourage veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. To support our associates in their journey to become a U.S. citizen, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
The application window is anticipated to close within 30 days of the date of the posting. Same-day interviews are available for qualified candidates.
Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace. We are committed to diversity and creating an environment where every associate can thrive. Join us to earn more than a paycheck and find opportunities to grow your career.
