About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal coordinator for the effective execution of maintenance and operations support activities within a small to medium-sized maintenance contract or capital project. You will supervise entry-level maintenance personnel and supervisors, ensuring that daily workflows are efficient and aligned with customer operations.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering intent and field execution. You will assist in interpreting engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications while performing diagnostics on equipment failures to recommend reliability solutions. Your day-to-day involves developing and implementing work process improvements, approving completed work orders, and coordinating personnel deployment and material availability with the customer. You will ensure the Fluor team strictly adheres to contract and Operating System Requirements (OSR/OSIP), maintaining high standards of safety and quality in roadway, structure, and bridge construction.
