As a Project Manager in Huntsville, AL, you will lead the planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role exists to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while managing complex contractual milestones. You will serve as the central point of coordination for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, directing project staff to ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with all requirements.
The day-to-day involves developing detailed project schedules, managing budgets and cost tracking, and overseeing critical documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and change orders. You will identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and lead project meetings to maintain consistent communication. This position requires supervising project personnel and supporting business development activities, including proposal development and estimating. The role operates in a hybrid environment, split between office settings and active construction sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment when on-site.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. OSHA 30 certification. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across multiple locations. Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or Bluebeam.
