About the Role

The Superintendent II serves as the on-site leader for heavy industrial civil and structural projects, ensuring the safe, successful, and timely delivery of work within budget. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of field teams ranging from 25 to 75 personnel. You will focus on critical areas such as earthwork, heavy foundations, structural steel, and warehousing, primarily serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and Renewables industries.

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall safety, efficiency, and productivity of the project. You will act as the central point of coordination between the Project Manager, client representatives, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff. Your day-to-day involves implementing site-specific safety and quality programs, reviewing complex drawings for conflicts, and tracking labor productivity and material performance. Success in this role requires navigating inclement weather and rough terrain while maintaining clear communication and accurate documentation throughout every phase of construction.
