The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center is actively seeking a dedicated Oncologist to join a compassionate, highly collaborative, and interdisciplinary team. This role is designed for a professional committed to delivering world-class care to Veterans who have proudly served our nation. You will play a vital part in a mission-centered practice, providing exceptional oncology services with a focus on GI or breast cancer. The position offers a blended practice environment that seamlessly integrates inpatient and outpatient clinical work.
Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a leader in education, mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students through hands-on teaching and clinical leadership. There is potential for a faculty appointment at the Indiana University School of Medicine, alongside opportunities for collaborative research. You will work alongside a diverse team including social workers, nurse navigators, biopsy coordinators, nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, embedded social workers, dietitians, and physician colleagues, with great access to Palliative Care and Oncology Rehabilitation.
