About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your IT career within a white-glove helpdesk support environment at a highly respected organization. The technology you will support powers critical operations for healthcare professionals and emergency responders. This fully on-site role is designed for individuals early in their IT journey who possess relevant technical knowledge and seek hands-on experience in a structured, professional setting with long-term growth potential.

You will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, delivering high-touch, polished support. Your day will involve troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues while managing Windows workstations and Office 365 environments. Beyond technical fixes, you will play a key role in the employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setup and equipment preparation. Every interaction will be handled with professionalism, ensuring users feel supported and valued.
