You will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, delivering high-touch, polished support. Your day will involve troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues while managing Windows workstations and Office 365 environments. Beyond technical fixes, you will play a key role in the employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setup and equipment preparation. Every interaction will be handled with professionalism, ensuring users feel supported and valued.
