This is a hands-on opportunity designed for individuals launching their IT careers. As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, field technicians, and customers, ensuring enterprise systems remain operational. The role offers significant exposure to enterprise tools and technologies, providing a foundation for ongoing learning and long-term professional growth within a dynamic support environment.
You will work directly with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Beyond technical resolution, you will play a key role in the employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning. The position emphasizes a professional, customer-focused approach to delivering support across the organization.
