About the Role

We are seeking two Senior Unified Communications Engineers to provide technical leadership in a highly regulated financial services environment. This senior-level role requires strong ownership and the ability to influence platform direction across teams. You will partner with security, network, and end-user computing groups to drive consistent patterns for reliability and control.

In this position, you will lead response on high-impact incidents, conduct root-cause analysis when services degrade, and proactively identify gaps to propose solutions. Your goal is to guide stakeholders toward decisions that improve resiliency, user experience, and operational maturity. You will serve as a mentor to junior engineers and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders during outages and change windows.
