We are seeking an experienced EHR Helpdesk Analyst to serve as a critical technical support resource for clinical and administrative users across multiple healthcare facilities. In this remote capacity, you will be the first line of defense for Epic EHR application issues, ensuring seamless operations for our healthcare partners.
Your day-to-day involves managing a high volume of ServiceNow tickets while troubleshooting complex workflow, printing, integration, and application challenges. You will collaborate closely with Clinical Informatics and Technical Support teams to resolve user access requests, account provisioning, and security needs. Beyond daily troubleshooting, you will play an active role in Epic go-lives, system upgrades, and testing activities, helping to drive stability and efficiency across our healthcare IT landscape.
