About the Role
This position serves as a Remote Epic/EHR Help Desk Analyst supporting the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS-AM). You will provide advanced technical support for the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system and related clinical applications across 13 state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. Working as part of the centralized IT Helpdesk, you will ensure the stability and usability of these critical systems to support high-quality patient care.
In this fully remote role, you will act as the initial point of contact for IT support issues related to Epic EHR and other healthcare IT systems. Your day-to-day involves resolving complex application, account, and workflow issues, managing user access, and providing basic remote desktop support for computers, printers, and mobile devices. You will monitor ServiceNow queues to manage incident resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with clinical informatics and application analysts to ensure coordinated support. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays to ensure reliable patient care systems are always available.
Hiring Process

Requirements
