About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor serves as a key partner to the Maintenance Manager, supporting the oversight of daily maintenance operations to ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems function safely and efficiently. This role is vital for minimizing downtime and improving operational reliability within our heavy industrial and recycling environments.
In this position, you will coordinate closely with maintenance staff to plan and schedule work, while helping to implement preventative maintenance programs. You will act as a bridge between management and the floor, ensuring that repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting are executed correctly and in a timely, cost-effective manner. The role also involves fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement by assessing current work processes and utilizing data analysis to prevent future issues.

Requirements
- verified5-7 years of experience in Maintenance management
- verifiedExtensive knowledge/experience with operation and maintenance of equipment in heavy industrial, manufacturing, and/or recycling environments

- verifiedWilling to travel up to 50% of the time
- verifiedCollege degree in Business, Management, or Logistics (preferred)
Nice to Have
5-7 years of experience in Maintenance management. A college degree in a related field (Business / Management / Logistics).
