Operations is at the heart of Amazon's business, known for speed, accuracy, and exceptional service. Our facilities deliver tens of thousands of products to hundreds of countries worldwide every day. Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) serves as the business partner working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen. We drive continuous improvement and maintain all Robotics and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure our customers receive the Amazon smile.
As the RME Planner, you will be the architect of our maintenance strategy, developing comprehensive plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your work involves screening Asset Performance Management (APM) work orders, auditing equipment to document requirements and quality, and estimating labor, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned tasks. You will support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program by collaborating directly with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to coordinate activities during available downtime windows. Additionally, you will ensure spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Amazon is committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process. If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit our accommodations page for more information.
Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
